The organisers foresee two forms of participation in the Congress:
- OBSERVER
The participation fee for an OBSERVER is 350 PLN (incl. VAT) per person and includes: a file with Congress publications (scientific conference publication, experts’ reports) and promotional materials. Every registred OBSERVER is invited to participate in two gala dinners; opening and final one, lunches, tea and coffee during breaks as well as bus transfer to chosen locations of the Sessions, 7 October 2015, thanks to funding from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. An OBSERVER covers the cost of the travel and accommodation during the Congress in Warsaw and the “round table” in Cracow.
- PARTICIPANT
The fee for a PARTICIPANT is 700 PLN (incl. VAT) and includes: publication of the article, a file with Congress publications (scientific coference publication, experts’ reports) and promotional materials. Every registred PARTICIPANT is invited to participate in two gala dinners; opening and final one, lunches, tea and coffee during breaks as well as bus transfer to chosen locations of the Sessions, 7 October 2015, thanks to funding from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. An OBSERVER covers the cost of the travel and accommodation during the Congress in Warsaw and the “round table” in Cracow.
Deadlines for registration:
(Due to short terms and numerous requests of the participants all deadlines are deferred to the following dates).
– for an OBSERVER – until 31 July 2015
– for a PARTICIPANT – until 30 April 2015
– abstracts shall be accepted until 15 May 2015
– articles are to be submitted until 30 June 2015
Registration on the special form should include:
– name and surname of the author (authors),
– institution,
– e-mail address,
– address for correspondence,
– title of the article,
– abstract (max. 1000 signs with spaces).
The invitation to submit an article or to present a poster shall be sent to the authors via e-mail until the 15th of May 2015. The texts should be submitted until the 30th of June 2015 (deadline due to the publication procedures). Text should comply with the criteria of an academic/research work. Minimal length – 15 000 signs with spaces; maximal one – with footnotes, captions (max. 4 illustrations) and bibliography must not exceed 20 000 signs (without spaces) Polish authors are kindly required to submit an abstract in English. Please prepare the intervention / article according to the instruction.
Deadlines for the fees:
– OBSERVER: until 31 July 2015 – 100 Euro (incl. VAT)
– PARTICIPANT: until 15 June 2015 – 250 Euro (incl. VAT)
